Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellation by Customer:

    • Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the scheduled arrival date will incur no charges.
    • Cancellations made between 3 and 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will result in a 50% charge of the total booking amount.
    • Cancellations made within 3 days of the scheduled arrival date, or in the case of a no-show, will result in a 100% charge of the total booking amount.

  2. Refunds:

    • Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 7 days of the cancellation request, subject to the terms and conditions of your booking.

  3. Modifications:

    • Changes to the reservation dates or room type may be subject to availability and additional charges. Please contact us directly to request any modifications to your booking.

  4. Group Bookings:

    • Group bookings of 5 rooms or more may be subject to different cancellation terms. Please refer to your group booking agreement for details.

  5. Force Majeure:

    • In the event of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, such as natural disasters or government restrictions, we reserve the right to modify or cancel reservations without penalty.
